How to open a commercial record of your e-store in the following steps:
- Login to the Ministry of Commerce by entering your username and password, or log in through national unified access.
- Click on my business records.
- Click on the issuance of a commercial record.
- Select the brand name type.
- Enter the product name, which is your personal name and will not appear to others.
- Choose wholesale/retail option if you are interested in business.
- Choose your own field of activity by choosing the retail outlet that will market your product.
- Click on the activity button and select online retail.
- Choose the registry type. Then the type of activity.
- Click on ecommerce data to add them.
- Enter your website, and the store link in the documentation platform (known).
- Agree to undertake, then enter the log data.
- Then press Apply.
- You can then get the electronic service to get a business record from them.
If you are an e-store owner and would like to document your store, apply to a licensed authenticator such as (known) with the following data to document your store:
1/The service provider’s name, indicate whether he is a trader or practitioner, Saudi or foreign, and contact data.
2/Mars’ identification data.
3/Commercial registry information.
4/Names of signatory commissioners.
5/Description of the platform and links to its website.
6/Licences issued by the competent authorities, if any.
The electronic store authenticator then issues and publishes the student’s authentication statement.
Certification service for e-shops and e-shops in accordance with the new e-commerce system of the Ministry of Commerce.
Steps:
1/Access to the service.
2/Enter the required information.
3/Ensure that information is properly entered in order to avoid cancelling or delaying the request.
4/Agree to Terms and Conditions.
5/Submit the request.
6/The applicant will be contacted by the competent department within a maximum of 60 days of submitting the application.
